This will happen if your account is under a different email address.
You'll want to try these steps:
- Sign out of both the WildTangent Games App and our website.
- Close your browser window and the WildTangent Games App.
- Re-launch the WildTangent Games App and sign back in with the email address and password of your active account (if you have more than one email address, try them all!)
You should see your account details.
If the issue is that you are signed in and have a WildCoins Balance but do not see them? You will want to head over to this Help Center Article
If you still need help? Click "Submit a Request" at the bottom of this page, and let Customer Support know. Be sure to include your email address, full name, and Year of Birth for account verification. It also helps to include some account specific details - like the latest game you purchased / rented.
