Purchased Game Will not Launch

This issue has been resolved. Please reboot your computer and then try your game again.

 

 

We are hearing from many customers that they are seeing the "Thanks for Playing" screen, but games will not load.

We are researching this issue now, and it would be very helpful if you could provide some additional information.

You can submit a ticket to Customer Support. 

Include the following:

What version of the WildTangent Games App are you using? (this Article will help: https://support.wildtangent.com/hc/articles/115004599803 )

What game title is this happening with?

What security software are you using?
