The WildTangent Games App was designed to use Internet Explorer and Adobe Flash. If either of these applications have become corrupt or are out-of-date, you may experience technical issues.
Make sure you have the latest versions of Internet Explorer and Adobe Flash (depending upon your OS).

Adobe Flash can be found on the Adobe website. Be sure to download Flash from Internet Explorer, as it is Web browser specific.
Internet Explorer can be updated from the Microsoft website.
