How to Sign in

To fully use your WildTangent account, you need to sign in. We'll assume that if you are on this page, then you're having trouble.

Check out the basics below!

 

To sign in to your account, click "Sign In" and enter the email address and password.

What if you click the Sign In icon and nothing happens? Be sure that if you are using ANY ad-blockers (browser extensions or settings), that you add WildTangent to the allow list. Otherwise you will not see the Sign In pop-up.

 

What if you get an error message that the email address and password do not match, click "Forgot Password" to reset your password. (But first? Check to be sure there isn't a rogue space after the email or password you entered)

 

What if you are still not able to sign in after you've gotten a temporary password, click "Submit a Request" at the bottom of this page, for help from Customer Support. Be sure to include your email address, full name, and Year of Birth for account verification.

    Never offered a disc of games I buy. Why? How would I get discs for gamrs I alteady bought?

    That's a good question. The game backup discs we offer are only available at the time of purchase, we have some more information about installation discs here: https://support.wildtangent.com/hc/articles/204421255 if you need any further help, just submit a request to contact support!
