Sending a screenshot to Customer Support allows them to see exactly what you are seeing, without you having to type a 15 page essay describing.
There are many ways to take and send screen shots. Below is the most straightforward of them all.
- press the PrtScn key(PrintScreen) (If you are using a laptop you may have to press the Fn button as well.)
- Open the email you received from Customer Support, and put your cursor in the body of the message (where you type your reply).
- PASTE the image. You can do this by pressing Ctrl + V on the keyboard or using a mouse (right click and select Paste)
You could also use the Snipping tool that comes with Windows 10, and get the image that way too!
