How to Make and Send a Screenshot

There are many ways to take and send screen shots. Below is the most straightforward of them all.

Sending a screenshot to Customer Support allows them to see exactly what you are seeing, without you having to type a 15 page essay to describe it. 

You can follow the steps below to create and send a screenshot to Customer Support.

  • To take a screenshot of the entire screen, press the PrtScn key(PrintScreen) If you are using a laptop you may have to press the Fn button as well.
  • Then open the email you received from Customer Support, and put your cursor in the body of the message (where you type your reply).
  • PASTE the image. You can do this by pressing Ctrl + V on the keyboard or using a mouse (right click and select Paste)

That's it! Now you can send the email to Customer Support!
