Unknown Charges

Do you have an unknown charge on your credit card or PayPal account from WildTangent? You've come to the right place. 

Let's start with who we are. WildTangent is a technology company, located in Redmond, Washington, USA. The WildTangent Games Application comes pre-installed on many Windows computers and tablets. Our customers can purchase games or sign up for a monthly subscription service, which is the likely source of an unknown charge.  

If you have a WildTangent account, we suggest you sign-in to your account to check any recent purchases. That may solve the mystery straight away. 

If you are not a WildTangent customer, the second step is to talk with any family members that may have access to your credit card to see if they have made a purchase on WildTangent recently. Do you have any "gamers" in your household? Check with them first!

If you are not able to identify the source of the charge, send us an email with more details, including the transaction amount and date, the last 4 digits of your credit card, and the card expiration date. Please be sure to NOT include your entire credit card number when contacting Customer Support - as this is not safe.

We can investigate the charge on our end and quickly solve the mystery.
