I cannot purchase / rent a game

If the credit card transaction for your game purchase or rental did fail or was declined, or if you are getting an error message stating to try later, you should:

  • Check that the billing address on your account is exactly the same as the billing address of the credit card you are using (i.e. spelling, abbreviation, punctuation, etc...).
  • Make sure your available balance is sufficient to complete your payment.
  • Contact your financial institution for any problems with your account.

If you are still having issues, your credit card might have expired or changed.
