If the credit card transaction for your game purchase or rental did fail or was declined, or if you are getting an error message stating to try later, you should:
- Check that the billing address on your account is exactly the same as the billing address of the credit card you are using (i.e. spelling, abbreviation, punctuation, etc...).
- Make sure your available balance is sufficient to complete your payment.
- Contact your financial institution for any problems with your account.
If you are still having issues, your credit card might have expired or changed.
