refund policy
Here's what can and can't be refunded for each type of purchase.
PC Download Games
- Games that have been unlocked and played are non-refundable.
- Games that have not been unlocked and were purchased within the last 7 days may be eligible for a refund.
Think you're eligible? If your game hasn't been unlocked and you bought it within the last 7 days, contact Customer Support directly.
Wild Membership
- Wild Membership charges are non-refundable.
Rentals (Cash)
- Game rentals that have started play, or that are outside the 30-day grace period, are non-refundable.
