UPDATE August 22, 2019 - As of August 20th at 4:30 PM PDT (7:30 PM EDT) we are deploying a new version of the WildTangent Games App that we hope addresses your issue.

In order to make sure that you receive the latest version, please restart your Windows PC and then launch the Games App again after your computer has finished booting up again.
