Manually uninstall
a game
Remove a game and all of its files to fix errors or start over from the beginning.
In some cases, you may need to manually uninstall a game and remove all of its files. This can help fix certain errors, or let you restart a game from the beginning, especially if the game doesn't have an option to create a new player profile.
Important: Manually deleting the game folder will permanently remove your saved files and all game progress.
If the game is no longer available to download from WildTangent, you won't be able to reinstall it after it has been removed.
How to manually uninstall a game
- Click the Start menu and open File Explorer. This may look slightly different depending on your version of Windows.
- Select This PC.
- Select the C: drive (sometimes called Windows (C:)).

Open the Program Files (x86) folder and look for these two folders:
- WildGames
- WildTangent Games
These may also be named HPGames, DellGames, ASUSGames or something similar.
- Find the game's folder in one or both of these folders.
- Right-click the game's folder and select Delete.

Empty the Recycle Bin, then restart your computer.
Don't skip this step: Emptying the Recycle Bin and restarting your computer makes sure every file from the game is fully removed.
That's it! The game and all of its files have been removed from your computer.
Want to play it again? If you bought the game, you can download it again from your Owned Games list and start fresh.
