To fully use your WildTangent account, sign in. We'll assume that if you are on this page, then you're having trouble.
Check out the basics below!
To sign in to your account, click "Sign In" and enter the email address and password.
** If you are using our Website the sign in procedure will be the same. However If you wish to access your Library or install games from your Purchase History you will need to do so via the WildTangent Games App. **
What if you click the Sign In icon and nothing happens? Be sure that if you are using ANY ad-blockers (browser extensions or settings), that you add WildTangent to the allow list. Otherwise you will not see the Sign In pop-up.
What if you get an error message that the email address and password do not match, click "Forgot Password" to reset your password. (But first check to be sure there isn't a rogue space after the email or password you entered)
What if you are still not able to sign in after you've gotten a temporary password, click "Submit a Request" at the bottom of this page, for help from Customer Support.
Be sure to include your email address, full name, billing address, year of birth and the names of some of games on your account for account verification.
