Trouble Signing In to Your WildTangent Account?
To get full access to your WildTangent account, you’ll need to sign in. If you’re on this page, we’ll assume you’re having some trouble—no worries, we’ve got you covered.
Start with the basics below.
** If you wish to access your Library or install games from your Purchase History you will need to do sign in via the WildTangent Games App. **
Option 1: Sign in with Your Email and Password
-Click Sign In.
- Enter the email address and password associated with your account.
Option 2: Sign in Using a Google (Gmail) Account
-Click the Sign in with Google button at the top
-Select or add your account
-Choose a way to Verify
-Enter the Verification code and click Next
Option 3: Sign in Using a Facebook Account
-Click the Continue with Google button at the top
-Click the Continue as.... button
The tab will load
And that's it you are signed in with your Facebook account!
Troubleshooting Tips
Nothing happens when you click “Sign In”?
Make sure any ad blockers (browser extensions or built-in settings) allow WildTangent. If WildTangent is blocked, the sign-in pop-up will not appear.
Getting an “email and password do not match” error?
Click Forgot Password? to reset your password.
Before resetting, double-check that there isn’t an extra space after your email address or password.
Still can’t sign in after resetting your password—or didn’t receive the reset email?
Click Contact Support at the bottom of this page to contact Customer Support.
For faster account verification, please include:
Email address
Full name
Billing address
Year of birth
Names of some games on your account
