Cancel the Membership
You can Cancel the Membership online at any time via the Membership Management page.
Important: Be sure to Cancel the Membership before your next Billing Date to avoid another charge. Wild Membership charges are non-refundable.

When you're signed in as a Member, click My Account.

Select Membership.

Select Cancel Membership.

Give a reason for cancelling if you wish. Your feedback is helpful! Then click Confirm Cancellation.
What happens next: If the cancellation was successful, you will see a green message with the date your Wild Membership ends. Until that date, you still have full access to your benefits.
The end date is based on your billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancelling, and you will receive a confirmation of your cancellation by email.
