Clearing Cookies

WildTangent uses small files called cookies to remember helpful information, such as:

  • Whether you’re signed in

  • Your web game progress

  • The last games you played

If you’re having trouble downloading games, seeing a security certificate message, or can’t sign in to your account, clearing your browser’s cookies may help resolve the issue.

Clearing cookies is safe — it simply removes saved website data and allows your browser to start fresh.

Microsoft Edge

If you are using Microsoft Edge, follow the official Microsoft guide below:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/view-and-delete-browser-history-in-microsoft-edge-00cf7943-a9e1-975a-a33d-ac10ce454ca4

Look for the option to Clear browsing data, then select Cookies and other site data.

Internet Explorer

If you are using Internet Explorer, follow this Microsoft Support article:

Select the option to delete Cookies and website data.

Note: Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft, so we recommend using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome whenever possible.

Google Chrome

If you are using Google Chrome, use this official Google guide:

https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647

Select Cookies and other site data, then clear the data.

After Clearing Cookies

Once completed:

  1. Close your browser completely.

  2. Reopen it.

  3. Return to the WildTangent website and sign in again.

This resolves most sign-in and download issues quickly.

If you continue to experience problems, please contact Customer Support and let us know what error message you are seeing.
