Unlimited Play Games
We add (and remove) games from the unlimited play category all the time.
The best thing about unlimited is that you can play a little or a lot, close the game, and come back later. Brand new titles won't be unlimited initially, but we are adding fun and exciting titles all the time!
When signed into your subscribed account, all eligible games will show a green PLAY button with the text "This game is included for Wild Members."
*You must be connected to the internet to play games with the Unlimited Play feature.

Wild Member Tokens
Wild Member tokens are assigned to member accounts on the subscription invoice date of each month. These tokens allow our members to redeem premium full-version games of their choice within our games offering.
When signed into your subscribed account, you will see a Gem icon at the top right of your screen. This icon shows the number of tokens you have available.
You can also check your token balance in the Membership management section of your account. Click the Person icon at the top of your screen and select Membership. You will see a Token icon with the balance number next to it.
Redeeming a game with your token
Find the game you wish to play and click the orange REDEEM button on the product page. The number of tokens required to redeem the game is shown next to the button.
Click REDEEM and follow the prompts to confirm your decision.
Once the game has been activated, you will find the download link in your Owned Games list. The game can be downloaded and played as often as you like, just like any other game in your collection!
Good to know about your tokens
- You receive one token each month when your membership payment goes through. Tokens arrive on your invoice date, not the 1st of the month.
- Unused tokens carry over, so you can save them up for a game that costs more than one token.
- Tokens are valid for one year from the date they are issued.
- The number of tokens needed varies by game and is shown next to the REDEEM button.
- Tokens can only be used with the REDEEM button on the game's product page. They can't be used at checkout or combined with a cash purchase.
- You must have an active Wild Membership to redeem games with your tokens.
- Tokens can't be purchased or gifted to other accounts.

Cancelling your Wild Membership
You can cancel your subscription online at any time via the Membership Management page.
