If you are trying to play a game you have previously downloaded and are getting a message stating "The product you have requested is no longer supported", this is because this game is no longer available on our service. WildTangent occasionally discontinues games so they are no longer on our service and are unavailable to play.
You may also see this error message if you are selecting the "download" link on your purchase history page.
